We will submit your claims electronically for you. We ask that you bring your insurance cards to each appointment and that you be familiar with your insurance plan so that together we can maximize your plan benefits.

Any fees in excess of what your plan will cover are your responsibility and are due when services are rendered. Please feel welcome to ask our front desk team or financial coordinator on payment options available to you including Care Credit and Citi Health cards.
